very convenient shuttle service to from hotel comfortable beds reception staff very friendly and professional
the cleaning staff seemed to come around in the evening too which was a bit annoying and they were not all particularly friendly

Very quiet hotel despite the proximity to the airport. Excellent food served in the restaurant. Easy access to rooms via escalators and lift.
On the day of our arrival, one of your shuttle buses broke down and we had to wait an hour to be picked up from the airport. The next morning, we added an hour of extra time to get back to the airport, but the available shuttles were so full that we couldn t get on until the 4th one and had to rush to make our flight. Half-way through our wait, we asked for a taxi, but couldn t get one either....

It really was great to have a hotel so convenient to the airport - and to find such a well-appointed room, with everything that we needed
We needed a simple meal and reserved table in the Hotel Restaurant - but we found the meal very over-priced for what we received.

This was the first time I used Ibis, it won t be the last. It was an exceptional value for the money. I was very happy with my stay. Also, the staff was wonderful, VERY helpful. I was worried about my wife s arrival at another Ibis, because she gets lost easily, and was travelling in the opposite direction, this staff, made several phone call to their other Ibis hotels trying until they tracked her down to assure me of her safe arrival, FANTASTIC service, they went out of their way to do whate
A plus and minus...the plus being it was close to the hotel with good shuttle service, the minus being that it was on the highway, a bit far from the town center, making it a poor choice for sightseers but an excellent choice for flight connection layover travellers
