“A very Convenient and Comfortable Hotel near Schipol Airport”

It really was great to have a hotel so convenient to the airport - and to find such a well-appointed room, with everything that we needed
We needed a simple meal and reserved table in the Hotel Restaurant - but we found the meal very over-priced for what we received.

Friendly helpful reception particularly as arrived at 0200. Clean comfortable room. Good value for airport
No hot drinks out of hours. Machine not working. Also in morning in addition to cofee machine not working soft drinks machine empty. Had early meeting 0700 so no time for breakfast (upstairs somewhere). In hotel with no drinks in room and following very short sleep this felt awful. i.e. a small thing but an important detail fro tired business travellers.

“Great hotel for good price”

Great hotel very close to the airport. The beds are really confortable. The check in was fast and the hotel was quiet even in the day time. Good service; thank you!

“Looking forward to the next stay at Ibis.”

Excellent(on time!!!) shuttle to the airport. Good food in restaurants with friendly waiters. After a third stay it's like coming home.

“Acceptable to rest when you require depart for the following day early”

Found it a handicfrat shop area, fantastic idea because is difficult for timing to reach at the airport and have time to decide and also because is more expensive at the airport then place we been purchasing.
No found Electrical Kettle to warm water and prepare coffee,, no items to prepare coffee and also walls or ceiling noise passing through. Other think I observed is that I prefer to watch TV channels for a while, I think is rude that part because was interrupted and only under payment for PPV was the option, otherwise, don't put a TV set.

Shower was broken, no good english tv stations, buffet breakfast was expensive for cold eggs and pancakes. needed more soap in bathroom

I stayed at room 1419 was very nice and clean exept it has a peculiar smell, you should check into this also adding CNN to your TV line up would be great

very frequent free shuttle service from airport, very clean, good mattresses, had booked a double room with an extra bed for child, but upon arrival got without extra charge a big family room with 4 beds in total. For kids there are three computers with touchscreen games in the lobby.

The shuttle buss are very confused marked. There was big red marks for HOTEL IBIS, and other hotells, BUT THE BUSS WAS NOT going there. There was a handvritten poster in frontglass, telling NOT NOVOTELL. But this is placed so it is not what you see at first when you dont know how it is. And who know what Novotell is? The driver for other buss was angry when yoy asked if it was for IBIS. I lost 2 depatures before i understud the system. This was a bad experience.

“Enjoyed the stay disappointed about losing my camera”

very convenient for getting to amsterdam central and the airport.
I left a camera in the american bar at teatime on saturday 22nd Oct by mistake, the camera was not handed in and this put a big downer on our weekend. When i reported this to reception they seemed to be a lack of interest. It took three requests before the hotel would give me some headed paper to say i had informed them.
