Great price and service

The service was excellent, we ordered room service from the restaurant and it was delicious. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and very efficient as they took care of making sure our check out went smoothly. Added touches like complimentary water with lemon and mint were wonderful. Even though were landed up booking the wrong hotel, it landed up being a blessing as the hotel personnel at the other location were rude and unfriendly.

When booking online, we thought we were booking the hotel in the airport, so it was very confusing and then discovered that we had the wrong place. They have the same name yet are different hotels and in different places.

Clean and cosy. Front desk service courteous and helpful. Bar and lounge very nice.Unfortunately we didn t stay long to appreciate have opinion on other items. Definitely we will back, in future.

Great for in-city nature walks

Convenient to airport, with dependable shuttle. Nearby bus stop made it easy and inexpensive to get into the heart of the city.

The mini-mart next to the hotel was excellent for quick breakfast and lunch fixings. The hotel bar and lounge was very nice--a comfortable, relaxed setting. ”

Comfortable night

I found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and very clean,the one meal I had was delicious, a nice vegetable quiche.I think a couple of cookies would have been nice in the bedroom to go along with the coffee. I slept very well and even though I overlooked the Car park, it was very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotal to all my friends should they find themselves in Amsterdam.

The hotel name makes customers confusion as if it is located at the airport. It is desirable to make a clear notice that hotel is located about 5 km away from the airport.

Location. Hotel is isolated. Other than a small convenience store/gas station, there are no stores within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay.

We were upgraded to a large and comfortable room. the desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful with directions to buses etc. There was a nearby bus stop for short ride to Amsterdam and there was a good shuttle service to the airport. The gas station next door was also helpful to fill up our rental car before turning it in.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit lame and the shower door leaked a bit but neither was a big problem. We did hear noises at night with people walking and doors closing, but we slept well with ear plugs. We did not hear televisions or people talking or loud music. We were on the street side but did not hear street noise. The rock music in the breakfast room was irritating though.

Make sure you reserve a spot on the shuttle if you have tight connections in the morning as they can only carry 8 and it fills up quickly.

The hotel unexpectedly changed its shuttle service without informing their clients who had made a booking. There is NO shuttle between 10:30 and 17:00.

good choice for airport hotel

This was a good choice for me, so that I could be close to the airport for my early morning departure. The shuttles from the airport to the hotel, and back again, ran on time as posted in the lobby. The shuttle trip only took ten minutes or so. The bed was very comfortable. As a single female traveler, I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the hotel.

Not much in walkable distance as far as dining choices, could have been a bit cleaner.

Staff very professional and yet quite friendly.

Smoking facilities are negligible. I think you shouold set aside 10 rooms to cater for smokers. As an overseas traveller (and hence awake at different hours), it was pretty poor to have to go outside the front of the hotel during the night (or even behind the kitchen area on the ground floor). this was un0pleasant especially because it was raining.

Clean and pleasant rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is very convenient for accessing central Amsterdam via a 10 minute bus ride that stops outside the hotel and runs frequently late into the evening.

The personnel were very helpful in giving directions for getting into town. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and free. The driver was very professional and provided excellent service. We had a light dinner in the evening at the bar area. Our waiter went out of his way to provide shared portions AND non menu items for our group. Excellent!!
