Good Service from all the Staff members. Allowed me for a early checkin at 1PM. Super fast Checkout. Clean and well maintained rooms. Gym facility looks good though I did not use it. Excellent Pickup and Drop Service to Airport.

“My tip: Shuttle bus to and from airport very handy. At reception they told us what time best to be ready for an early pick up and they gave us a wake up call. We were running late and they call from reception to the driver as he was driving off and he said to wait for him outside the gate on the main road as he picks up people from the other hotel. We came out and he picked us up on the way.”

Quiet and greeny area. clean and calm.
No drinking water distributor at the lobby. No free bottle of still water in the room. A bottle of water at the room is charged 5euros each. No shop at the entire area around. Nearest shop is 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

The rooms are modern and comfortable.
Check is was terrible, I arrived late and had only made the booking 2 hours before, the member of staff checking me in had a terrible attitude, he asked me for my booking reference, when I gave him this, he said that s no good to me his attitude through out the whole process was disgusting, as if it was an inconvenience for him to be checking me in. The way I was spoken to made me feel as if I had done something wrong, not a good first impression.

Shuttle service is great, quick and easy transport to schippol airport for train services into Amsterdam centre. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

It was convenient from and too the airport due to shuttle service. Hotel was nice and comfortable.
It was far from d public transport and one had to come to Schipol to get access to sAme. This should be highlighted as tourists are not aware.

High class hotel that is close to the airport, with free shuttle. Room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and made my stay very enjoyable.
Although fairly close to the airport, the hotel is in a business district, so options for restaurants and things to do outside of the airport are limited. Free shuttle bus also visits other airports and an off-airport car park, so takes around 20 mins for the journey to the hotel.

Positive is that hotel have bus which drive to the airport..This trip during 15minutes and is free. And also on the airport is the bus for centre of Amsterdam.. The personal of this hotel is very kind and always are here for the guest.

Hotel shuttle is every 30mn plus the drive of 10-15mn is far too long. A chef serving a medium rare rib eye which was ordered as a bleu one is not acceptable especially for 40 a piece, and the maitre d hotel would not react to my comments
