Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam is a luxurious hotel near Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. From the A4 and the A9 you can easily reach the hotel and park your car in the hotel's secure parking area (at additional charge). The free shuttle bus takes you from the hotel to the airport in about 7 minutes. Amsterdam's city centre is also easy to reach, by car as well as by public transport.

Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam offers several bars and restaurants. An extensive international breakfast buffet with hot and cold items is set up each morning in the Patio restaurant from 6:30 till 10:30. Large groups can also take lunch and dinner here.In the Sports & Mediabar you can order savoury, quick and healthy dishes and a wide variety of drinks and bites. You are also welcome to come and watch important sports events on a large screen. If you prefer high quality and culinary Italian dishes, accompanied by surprising wines, then visit the à la carte restaurant Trattoria. For a nice cup of coffee or a good glass of wine the staff invite you to the Coffee and Wine Lounge.

The Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam is located near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and within a 15-minute drive from Amsterdam city centre. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the airport (at no extra charge). At the Museumplein you will find the impressive Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Concertgebouw. The nearby woods Amsterdamse Bos are perfect for activities such as horseback riding and canoeing.

When you have some spare time, a visit to the nearby Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam woods) is recommended. This spacious city park offers a world of activities. The options range from renting a canoe to horse back riding and mountain biking and for children there is a labyrinth, a playing-field and a petting zoo. A picnic in the grass is a perfect way to end the day.

“Very much liked it”

Staff accommodated our very early arrival at no charge Clean modern room with all the comforts Free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes Excellent soundproofing in the rooms which combined with comfortable bedding made for a great nights sleep Pool sauna area was really quite lovely.
For exploring Amsterdam itself, we found the trams more economical than the train. This hotel has a free shuttle to the airport where the train takes you downtown. Because of this, I think this is still a better airport hotel than Amsterdam hotel. Having said that, hotels downtown seem over priced and not rated as highly as this one with respect to the rooms. Without any doubt, I would stay here again .

“Very nice business class hotel”

Nice Quiet Room. Comfortable Bed. Great Staff. Nice and clean business class hotel. 10min shuttle bus drive from airport.
Overpriced meals and under impressed deserts in sports themed restaurant. No other dinning alternative nearby by location. But that s expected for airport hotels.

“We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. ”

. The stuff was extremely nice, patient and helpful. The room was beautiful spacious and well-organized. The bathroom was very convenient. The entire hotel is new well-organized and designed to serve the gusts which gives you a wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place.
I had a problem to connect the Wifi from my cell phone but in the computer it worked great (do probably my problem). To reach Amsterdam city center you take a shuttle to the airport and a train. A bit of a hustle but after you get used to, it is not so bad.

Breakfast was well serviced and very good food, the overall quality and service of the hotel was excellent but the bed was far too soft and the pillows were even softer which I do not like.

“Nice hotel, lovely emplyees, great location. Like coming home ”

The best part of staying ar Steigenberger is the people working there. Always smiling, helpful and ready to solve any problem. The location is also great, with the Amsterdamse Bos just outside the door. The rooms are delicate and clean, and the sportcenter with the sauna and swimmimgpool makes the day perfect.
Some of the chairs in the breakfast area desperatly needs to be changed. It looks like they have the ten-year old menu on the upholstery. They really do not fit in to this hotel

Luckily, Steinberger has kept the comfortable beds and warm colors as under Hotel Dorint. The cocktail was even better.

Shuttle service to/from airport is excellent.
Standard twin rooms are somewhat dated and in need of updating. Restaurant service was slow.
