Hotel de Prins Sittard is located in the centre of the lively city Sittard and is a well-known establishment in the city and its surroundings. All the rooms and the breakfast area have been renewed in 2006. Still, the authentic character of the hotel has remained intact. All rooms have a fresh and modern interior and their own unique set-up, charm, and character. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a bathroom with a bath or shower, toilet, a television, telephone, safe, and hair dryer. The rooms all have wireless Internet through KPN hotspots. Some of the stylish comfort rooms have a low ceiling of 1.85 metres.

The breakfast buffet is served on weekdays from 07:00 to 10:00 h. On weekends guests can have breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30 h. Hotel De Prins does not have its own restaurant. However, in the hotel's direct surroundings there are plenty of good dining facilities. In Hotel De Prins guests are more than welcome in the atmospheric lounge, which also has a bar. The bar is open from 17:00 to 23:00 h.

In the 'Stadsschouwburg', which lies next to Hotel de Prins, you can enjoy wonderful theatrical performances and concerts all through the year. Sittard has a beautiful historic city centre with narrow shopping streets and a large square with many lively cafés. At the hotel reception guests can get free entrance vouchers for the Holland Casino in Valkenburg. Physical relaxation can be found in the spa 'Thermae 2000', which is also in Valkenburg.
