Reception and waiter can speak German English very well. Staff friendly and willing to assist.
Location, especially if you make use of public transport.

“Beautiful, romantic room, wonderful colours and nice, long bed ”

Good service, Frisian language, nice city, easy to reach, silent in the nights. Good restaurant for free breakfast, even for low-carb food. Cheap diner, good quality. I enjoyed my stay
The only point was for me while reading a book in the bath the light turned off every few minutes.

Nice room, clean and comfortable Good location next to the highway.
TV channels are a mess, no logical rating. No bar present in the hotel where you can have a drink. Only buffet possibility, no menu present

Kindness and availability by the Staff. Hygiene and care in all location, especially, in rooms. Parking free of charge, .
There\'s no minibar in the room. The restaurant has not a big choice about menu.

We had a lot of space in our room, the bathroom was very comfortable and had very mucgh space too. The TV offered a built in DVD-Player which was also capable of playing CDs with mp3 files.
The remote control for the TV did not funtion as expected. Breakfast was OK but there was only one station where you can make scrambled egg and/or bacon which was always crowded.
