The hotel offers Late Night dishes for guests arriving later at the hotel. The brasserie's kitchen is open until 23:00. The attractive à la carte restaurant seats up to 300 persons. The restaurant is tastefully furnished and has high windows offering a view of the water. You can select one of the many dishes from the à la carte menu, from traditional Valk Classics to international dishes: available daily between 11:30 and 23:00. All dishes are prepared using ingredients that are fresh each day.
