DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is a good choice if you're looking for a sporty stay. The beautiful woody surroundings are lovely to explore by hire bike. The outdoor terrace is open on sunny days, where dishes are served from the Royal Parc Restaurant. The luxurious and spacious hotel rooms come with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a television, WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning and a minibar. The menu is prepared by devoted kitchen staff led by the Executive Chef, and offers a good choice of international, seasonal and traditional dishes with a local touch. You are welcome to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in the Oranje Bar, with a dartboard and billiards table. The bar is open until 01:00.

DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is located in a beautiful setting in the heart of the Utrecht Hill Ridge region, and close to the A28 and A1 motorways. Bike hire is available at reception and the ideal way to explore the woods and shifting dunes. Soestdijk Palace with its beautiful rooms and gardens is also highly recommended. Amersfoort and Utrecht are both attractive cities teeming with culture, and only 10-15 minutes away by car. An excursion to the nearby Amersfoort Zoo is also a fun way to spend your day.

“Good hotel nicely located”

Very clean and decent rooms. Good beds Lovely views and surroundings. Friendly staff
Unorganized restaurant. The (or a) way to the outside terrace of the restaurant is amongst the tables where people were having diner at that time.

Love the SPA and wish I was feeling better so I could have golfed at the course next door. Food was very delicious and my room very nice.
I had a cold, virus, that kept me from fully enjoying myself and taking full advantage of all your facility had to offer. Nothing to do with the hotel, just something that happens beyond my control.

“If you want quick food service I recommend you go out to eat”

Close to the train station, lovely rural area, very good golf course and wonderful spa.
Food service was unbelievably slow. It took them two hours to serve our dinner after 2nd night we decided it was better to eat out and it was same story with drinks it took them 30minutes to serve a latte. The only good thing was the breakfast thank god it was self service. Room maids were more helpful than receptionists. Very unprofessional bar staff.

lovely quiet rural setting very clean and attractive spa was great
no bus service from trains limited food service - my breakfast needs are very minimal - 2 cups of coffee and a toast, bagel or croissant. Would have been nice to be able to get that at a reasonable cost. I did ask and girl at desk asked the kitchen, was glad to get coffee for 3 Euros but not sure why a croissant or such like could not be supplied. Found some coffee at the spa at the second day and that was very appreciated.

“A very nice hotel with grandeur, with great service.”

In the evening a very helpfull deskemployé; Originally she booked me in a room with a door to another room. On my request she rebooked me to another room and called one hour later if I was content with the room. Very good service. Breakfast was included and very fine with service if I wanted a special tea. Perfectly enjoying it.
When checking out, the boy behind the desk charged us for 2x breakfast at € 22.50 (that's a lot), which was original included in the arrangement. Luckily we saw the mistake and he corrected it. In the room where no prices of the minibar; and the wine/pringles on the desk are part of the minibar too.

- I mentioned explicity that we are a newly married couple and I am a returning guest and would prefer a room with no separate beds. At checkin staff started negotiating with us for 20 euro a night you have a room with one bed, for 40 euro a night you have a room with better bed and review. We are already paying over 100$ a night for a room. I think it is ridiculous to start quoting like that and ruin the weekend. -Turkish Sauna was not working again. - We got a room with a view to the parkin
