The 3-star Atlas Hotel Holiday lies along the ring road of Spijkenisse, near the centre and the shopping streets. Rotterdam and the 'Maasvlakte' area can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

The breakfast buffet is served daily until 10:00 h. A packed lunch can also be ordered.Restaurant Golden Grill offers delicious à la carte and seasonal dishes. For people aged 55 and up there is a special à la carte menu. On sunny days guests can eat on the outside terrace. In the cosy bar one can enjoy a drink after dinner.

Next to Atlas Hotel Holiday Spijkenisse there are a cinema and a subtropical swimming pool with a sauna. Spijkenisse is located on 'Voorne-Putten', an island that also houses the places Rockanje, Brielle and Hellevoetsluis. Excellent service,good standard of hygiene, good restaurant menu, ideal location.
Breakfast did not meet the standard that the other good points of the hotel suggested might be expected. Tea coffee making Facility in the room would have been appreciated but was not available.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and the food was nice.
It was expensive for the facilities provided and it would be better if the wireless internet was available in the rooms rather than just in reception.

“Good Value”

Set menu in the restaurant at 18.50 EUR was good value for money. Room was comfortable
Breakfast was very poor - very snmall selection of low-quality items that had, in any case, mostly run out. No hot food was available. Bathroom was very cold - impossible to set foot on the marble floor without risking frostbite!

“The hotel was okay, but it will be not my first choice next time”

Friendly stuff and a nice restaurant area. Dogs are allowed. Free parking.
A big minus was that the windows could not be opened. The air condition in the room worked poorly. The electric outlets next to the bed did not work. The bed was too short and too soft. The breakfast was okay, but nothing extraordinary.

“Noisy hotel , rooms need maintenance”

Location - easy access to Rotterdam. Comfortable beds.
Very smokey environment.Bad maintenance, tiles in bathroom cracked,shower broken, hand shower,bedside lamp shade broken room 202.Water leaking on floor. Very dated rooms, very noisy. Staff not hospitable. Request to charge company credit card upfront was denied at checkout and they insisted I settled the bill, when all was already communicated prior to my stay. First and last time in Atlas Hotel Spijkernisse.

“convenient location, poor breakfasts.”

good parking, large comfortable room,
breakfast, at 8.45 am very little left, waiter did make us some eggs, but it all looked tired, second morning was better, but was overall below par. not good value for money.
