The 3-star Hotel Waanders is located in Staphorst, in the north of the Netherlands. You can relax in your comfortable hotel room with a bath, and the restaurant offers a choice of delicious meals.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 10:00, and on Saterday and Sunday the restaurant is closed. The café-restaurant offers Dutch and international dishes, which are prepared using (organic) regional produce wherever possible, such as beef, asparagus and strawberries. The restaurant is open daily from 07:00 until 22:30, except on Saterday and Sunday.

Within a 30-minute drive of Hotel Waanders Staphorst you'll find the charming canal town of Giethoorn, also known as the 'Venice of the North'. The best way to explore this little town is by boat or canoe. The same goes for the national park De Weerribben-Wieden, a large nature area ideal for bird spotting.
