- Zeer vriendelijk personeel, vroeg bij het ontbijt om gerookte zalm( wat in andere van der Valk Hotels wel was en dit ook hier verwachtte ) werd op mijn wenken bediend.
- Verlichting in de gangen zijn onvoldoende = donker. De gangen hebben al donkere kleuren. In de badkamer moet er goede verlichting zijn ,geen schemer sfeer verlichting.
