- the restuarant is excellent,good service good food reasonably priced..no problems here. breakfast is excellent too.you couldnt fault the restuarant.. location is good,right on the motorway..
- bad pillows in the rooms..to small.quilt is to narrow as well. could do with some way to make a simple cup of tea or coffee. a cheap toothbrush and comb would be handy when your on an overnighter. receptionist on check in/out could do with lesson in customer service..not good enough.

“Perfectly located, quality hotel”
- After 22 years of using this particular hotel, I am qualified to say that the service and quality in all areas is high and pleasantly consistant. The location is very convenient the commercial amienities are robust and of a high standard as are the fitness facilities.
- The renovated bathrooms are spoiled by the ridiculous and inadequate design of the wash-hand basins and these up-rates have excluded the hand-tissue dispencer. Worldwide, most reputable hotels supply two small bottles of water and a simple facility for making a hot beverage in the room - this was available in the past but is no more.

- Restuarant excellent. Staff here very friendly. Comfort in lounge area and bar excellent.
- Wasnt bowled over by friendliness at reception on arrival. Disappointed there wasnt tea coffee making facilities in the room.

Ik kom regelmatig in Azië, en in alle hotels - ook de goedkope, die qua niveau beneden Van der Valk staan - is gratis wireless internet. Is dit typisch Nederlands? * dat je bij uitloggen na een sessie van bv. 30 minuten je hele uur kwijt bent, en dus weer opnieuw 6 euro moet neertellen. Een klacht hierover werd weliswaar gehonoreerd met een extra uur, maar dit kruidenierssysteem vind ik irritant.

- Gedurende de maaltijd ging tussen de verschillende \"dishes\" nogal wat tijd verloren. Wanneer je slecht ter been bent, valt het niet mee om de trap naar de ingang te beklimmen.
