Located next to the Central Station and the Jaarbeursplein (a well-known city square) you will find the four-star hotel NH Utrecht Hotel, where you can enjoy a friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms. - Comfortable clean bedrooms choice of food for breakfast. Staff were security wise when the city was emptying from the Kings birthday celebrations
- cooked breakfast was cold, we did mention it to staff, still cold the next day. Usually that is one of our favourite parts of the holiday as we do not normally have time for a cooked breakfast.

- Thanks to the ultra-comfortable bedding, I slept like a baby The mattress is for sure one of the best one I ve ever seen in my life. Breakfast is also excellent, with a super large choice of delicious food.

- The location is good for the traveler as it s next to the station.
- Online pictures are slightly deceptive, the hotel feels cheap and basic. My room was a very cool 15c when I arrived but otherwise staff were helpful. As an overall impression a very mediocre hotel and somewhat overpriced.

- Clean room with no frills buy everything necessary. Helpful reception staff. Very good location. Delicious breakfast
- Although we hung our towels every day(as per instructions indicating that there was no need to change them), the cleaning lady changed all towels every day. We were also given a new soap every day although we had barely used the one we had opened the previous day. So can t say that it was a very ecological place to stay at.

- Panoramic view from the 19th floor Central city location - able to make use of the excellent Dutch public transport system to get around. Staff were very helpful and polite.

- (1) Little flexibility for check in times (as per email notification) only possible between 15 and 16h00. (2) Tourist tax different (for one of the 3 rooms we booked), and reception desk could not give a reason, (3) car parking at a fairly long distance

“What a difference From brown and dark to a very bright, light hotel.”
- Nice friendly staff - light, airey room and lovely shower. Having two comfortable chairs was a bonus. Great views Also, as I was attending Eurospoor in Jaabeurs the hotel was ideally situated. Good food and exceptional Heineken (nice coffee also)
- Door knob on inside of room was impossible for me to turn and I required the help of my wife. I would have liked another pillow. Only two creamer sachets limited the number of drinks to one each guest. I thought this was a bit mean.
