“Highly recommended, friendly staff, very well run, value hotel”
- Super Friendly & Helpful Staff, Rooms v comfortable & clean, Good breakfast menu plus free tea & coffee maker in reception. I genuinely liked this hotel & its service - a little away from town centre but in a v quiet, green and restful area. But easy to either use tram or bus into town (in minutes) or as I mostly did, just walk (10-15 mins max). I really recommend this hotel - no muss, no fuss, it really just works.
- Not for me, but steep stairs could be issue for less mobile people. (The steep stairwells are v. common in older Dutch urban buildings). But I was in top of building, so may not be problem for rooms on lower floors - may need to enquire.

“I recommend Oorsprongpark”
- Clean and peaceful. Good spot and a beautiful part of the city.
- I could hear the next door (?) naighbor taking a shower and listening to radio. It wasnt too bad and the other residents were really quiet and this is the problem almost in every hotel. But for your information. It would have been nice to have fresh fruits or berries in the breakfast.

“A decent hotel for a 60 euro”
- A decent breakfast is included. We arrived about an hour before check-in and were able to go straight to the room, which was nice.
- The rather narrow (apparently typical Dutch) stairs.

“Ideal stopover if your daughter/son is at Universiteit Utrecht”
- Friendly staff. Ideal location between the city and Uithof where I had taken my daughter. Quiet and comfortable. I was surprised to get ensuite for the price. I hope to come back with my wife in October if the price is right.
- I like a very hard bed so the very soft beds were not so good for me. I asked if I could book again in October but the prices are nearly double.

“Good service, good location”
- Excellent breakfast. Room was very light and enjoyed the free coffee during the day. Excellent bus service into the centre of Utrecht and a goods are on the street corner.
- Narrow staircase. Very narrow mattress. When I turned over I fell out of bed and the mattress landed on top of me!

- The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. There is good water pressure and lots of hot water. The breakfast is delicious.
- The room is very small. Internet was not reliable.
