“Nice Hotel”
- The staff was amazing and the amenities were great.
- Due to construction, it was hard to get to the hotel via car. The construction also started early and could be heard in my room that faced the front of the hotel. The construction also made it difficult to get around as paths were blocked by the construction for safety purposes.

“Excellent service”
- Service was great. The room included an appliance to iron pants trousers, which was completely unsuccessful when I tried it with wrinkly pants. I asked for a more traditional iron and they had one I kept during my stay. The gym is a plus. The person at the desk offer to open it earlier if I wanted (the opens at 7am).
- For those with light sleep, remember the hotel is next to the station and trains run through the night. Despite this, my room looking out the station, was very quiet.

- I asked to be at the front of the hotel in a high floor so I could watch the city and that s where they put me - I loved it. Also the bed was very comfy I slept well.

- * my request for bed type could not be granted. Should have told me before so I could have booked a different hotel. * breakfast buffet extremely poor presentation and selection. (yes, it was a busy sunday morning, however that should be anticipated and not letting most items run out at 10:00)
