The hotel is situated in the centre of Valkenburg, which means that all sights and attractions lie within easy reach. There is also plenty to do in the vicinity. In Landgraaf, for instance, you can visit Europe's largest indoor ski slope, or enjoy the green surroundings' many walking and cycling routes. As well as various entertainment venues, restaurants, cafés and the casino, you'll find Valkenburg's famous caves and the Thermae 2000 spa nearby.

A table service breakfast is available every morning from 08:30 until 10:00. In the hotel's attractive restaurant, you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes created by a French-Dutch oriented kitchen with a touch of Italy thrown in on occasion. This is only possible on certain public holidays and for groups upon request (for example, corporate trips, family reunions, tour groups, etc.).

The marl caves in and around Valkenburg have provided a lot of marl for numerous contemporary monuments. The regional museum is housed in a beautiful listed building in the heart of Valkenburg. Longer walks or bike rides will take you through the Geuldal Valley, through forests, over hills, and past meadows.
