- The location of the hôtel near à little lake. A walk around is possible.

“Good hotel with great service”
- Location, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent room and spa facilities, excellent buffet breakfast. No charge for overnight parking
- Housekeeping on the third day of our stay was very poor. The evening menu in the restaurant was in my view very limited and we considered overpriced for the food and portion size. Some occasional noise from a nearby railway level crossing and rail traffic, but not overly intrusive and the lakeside setting makes up for this.

“What is wrong with Bilderberg?”
- A nice place at a nice location
- The receptionist just was unpleasant. She had an attitude. Problems with getting internet on my Laptop. NO CNN on the TV in the room on the night of the US Elections. The restaurant chef thinks the world of himself but the dinner (5 people) that he produced was mediocre in quality . Had a poor experience at another Bilderberg hotel in Venlo-Tegelen last year. Complained directly to Bilderberg but they don't seem to care.

“Overall a nice hotel ”
- Nette kamer, schoon. Goed zwembad. Kleurboekje voor de kinderen bij aankomst. Checkout 12 uur en late stay tegen kleine bijbetaling.
- Gerelateerd aan de kamerprijs: Wifi tegen betaling. Warme gerechten bij het ontbijt liggen op een koude schaal en worden niet warm gehouden. Verder wel prima ontbijt. Er was geklust in het zwembad, maar dit was nadien niet opgeruimd. Bedden op wielen iets minder comfortabel en schuiven constant uit elkaar (2 1persoons bedden). Kamer zag er net als de rest van het hotel zeer netjes uit. badkamer iets verouderd, net iets te krap en douchen in bad.

“Wonderful setting, wonderful staff”
- We thought the staff were wonderful, each person who dealt with us could not have been more helpful, particular Brenda who went out of her way to enable us to get replacement medication, the original of which was stolen after our car was broken into in Belgium on our way to the hotel. We can't praise the staff highly enough for all they did for us. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the fact that we could eat both breakfast and dinner on the terrace looking at the ducks and swan on th
- The only, very small, negative for me is that I would have liked a slightly larger menu choice on both the a la carte and the bar menu and we do like our vegetables so more greens would have been good but I do realise that this comment is a very English view.

- Beautiful location. Good food and service. What would make it even better would be if bicycles could be hired from the hotel for those people who can't bring their own. Walking trails nearby were recommended by family in the area, Could these be advised by the hotel staff?
- Bed was a bit too soft for us and the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better. But these are very minor points in what was a lovely break in Holland.
