The location of Maashof in Venlo is very convenient, whether you are visiting Venlo for business or leisure. You stay in the woods, lovely and peaceful but at the same time it is close to the main road A67. Fishing at one of the ponds or a solex tour through the beautiful landscape are just two of the possible activities.
Maashof is a modern accommodation with rooms for single, double, triple and quadruple use. The rooms are furnished with a desk, LCD television and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Free WiFi is available in all rooms and common areas. There are also plenty of free parking spaces.

Surroundings
During your stay at Maashof you will not easily get bored. Go fishing in one of the ponds, rent a E-chopper to explore the scenic landscape, or enjoy a bicycle ride or walking trip in the woody surroundings. The centre of Venlo is a mere 10-minute ride.
Food and Drink
In the restaurant the extensive breakfast buffet is set up from 06:30 till 10:00 h. on weekdays and from 07:30 till 10:30 h. on the weekend. For lunch (till 17:00 h.) and dinner (till 21:30 h.) you have a wide choice of lovely dishes. The menu offers a variety of dishes that lovers of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes can indulge in. While you enjoy your meal or drink you have a lovely view of the four fish ponds from the (heated) terrace. On colder days you can sit in the café or in the winter garden. The bar is open from 07:30 till 23:00 h.

Children/extra beds: Children till the age of 5 years can stay for free in the parents' room, if they make use of the existing bedding. Great food at restaurant, making business meeting over meal possible. Creative menu and tasty food. Friendly staff. Neighhorbood is green and some interesting animals to see. Good for morning run as well.
Some annoying flies during breakfast. Will be even better if there is a small business center for printing so I don't have to bother the staff all the time.

GREAT breakfast buffet, wonderful to start day touring not having to look for earl lunch. Everyone we encountered at hotel with questions n some needs were very helpful n pleasant.

Location great with view of fishing lakes and proximity to Floriade. Service really good and staff very attentive.
WiFi slow to upload emails.
No brochure/guide to advise of breakfast time/evening meal times although we were told verbally on arrival.
