“we had a very nice stay in a very good hotel”
- the hotels taster menu was the best food of our 7 day euro road trip it was a very high standard and i have stayed in hundreds of hotels
- we had to ask for menu and drinks as no one came over they were very busy.

- Pine tree forest you can see and smell from your room if it is facing of course the wood, not the street (not too busy).
- If you have to be in Venrai than you have to be a good walker (30 minutes walking distance to the church).

“The Hotel was lovely and staff friendly but stay in main hotel only.”
- Generally the staff were very helpful. The meals were very nice and the breakfast had a number of choices including hot food which was great. Inside the hotel was lovely. The front of the hotel was lovely and the water feature was nice. We would stay again but only in the main hotel.
- We stayed in Room 005 which was entered from outside the hotel and we had to go down two lotsof steps. The steel ones had a very unsteady handrail. Heavy rain and steps slippy. Our room had steps leading to the car park and felt uncomfortable in the room. The room also had a noisy Generator. We did report all this.The room should have been cheaper as we could not move as no other rooms available. Very unsuitable for anyone with disabilities. Felt very cut off from main hotel and had to carry an umbrella to have a drink in the evening in the main part of the hotel
