Passing ships and the port of Rotterdam form the backdrop of Delta Hotel Vlaardingen. The nautical interior of the hotel and the rooms fit well in the surroundings. 'Nautique' also is the overall theme for food and drinks: the 'Brasserie', the 'Grand Café' and 'De Vier Windstreken'. The international dishes are prepared in a Mediterranean style.
An extensive breakfast buffet is available daily in the Grand Café; on weekdays from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 08:30 until 10:30. The Grand Café, with its view of the water and open kitchen, is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or a delicious glass of wine. The wines are carefully selected from all corners of the world and are stored in the special water-cooled wine cellar. The Brasserie with its outdoor terrace is situated on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy lunch or dinner here in an informal, contemporary atmosphere. De Vier Windstreken is suitable for groups. This restaurant has different areas that can be combined and offer a view of Rotterdam harbour. On Sunday, a special Brunch Buffet is available featuring hot and cold dishes, which vary per season. The hotel furthermore offers room service. The kitchen is open daily from 07:00 until 21:30.
Delta Hotel Vlaardingen offers a spectacular view of the large vessels that visit Rotterdam. A trip along the harbour can not be missed during a stay. - In the reservation they told me that de room is a Nautical Room Sailor Water View but it wasn nt like that. I recieve a low site view on the water. In the room they had join 2 one person bed together but it was nt stabile. The breakfast was of but there was not so much variation. Last year i was there they had more variation.

- Very relaxed informal comfortable atmosphere. Charming easy going staff. Spectacular real life location and veranda and bar design took full advantage of the spectacle. Excellent breakfast.

“Stay on tbe water in Rotterdam!”
- Very warm welcome with excellent food and service. Our 91 euro b&b rate was really good value as we had a room with side river view and enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We wanted somewhere a bit special to celebrate the arrival of your grandson and this fitted the bill very well. Although not scenic in the conventional sense we loved the view and sense of being on the water.
- Small housekeeoing points - Bathroom was missing handsoap and there were only 2 tiissues left in the box .

“A lovely hotel on the banks of the Maas. Riverview Room was delightful, as was the terrace restaurant. Loved breakfasts out on the deck overlooking the river, and a great spot for a nightcap too. We'll definitely be back! ”
- The friendly staff, lovely welcome, great location - easy to get to Rotterdam, Den Hague, A'dam
- Small point, but there was a leak in our shower, which meant a wet bathroom floor.

- Good parking. Warm welcome. Swift check-in. Great maritime feel to hotel. Beautifully prepared suite. Fabulous views of passing ships and (industrial)harbour. Stylish and functional furniture. Spacious. Comfortable bed...maybe a little soft. Excellent service (incl room service) and immaculate housekeeping. Good food. and the very best of all....smiling friendly staff Well done yet again Team Delta...hope to see you again soon.

“Een mooie overnachting aan de befaamde Nieuwe Waterweg in Vlaardingen.”
- De ligging is magnifiek aan het water. Verder ziet het Hotel er hedendaags uit. dit gezijn zijn leeftijd ( opgeleverd in 1955). Mooie fleurige inrichting met veel haringen in de ontvangst en andere ruimtes. Op de kamer komen ook veel nautische voorbeelden terug. Nette ruime schone verzorgde kamer. van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie ontbijt ruimte aan de glazen pui met zicht op de Nieuwe Waterweg. Gewoon een levend schilderij wat conitue veranderd.
- Ik weet dat het Hotel is gebouwd rond de 50-tiger jaren. Blijkt ook wel uit het geluid wat je van de andere kamers om je heen ervaart. Van stoelen schuiven, tot aan het toilet gebruik toe. Zou wel iets aan gedaan moeten worden. en met de vraag van de mogelijkheid van een kamer aan de waterzijde was ook niets gedaan.
