The 4-star Boshotel - Vlodrop lies in the middle of the woods of De Meinweg National Park, near Roermond. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, a wellness centre, meeting rooms and free parking facilities for guests. The hotel offers various different room types. All rooms come with a bathroom with a bath/shower and a toilet, a flatscreen television, a hairdryer and a trouser press.
A breakfast buffet is served on Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 until 10:30. The à la carte restaurant, De Meinweg, is open from 12:00 until 21:00. Guests can enjoy delicious seasonal dishes in the restaurant, such as game, mushrooms and asparagus. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list. Guests can furthermore enjoy a tasty appetizer in the hotel bar. The outdoor terrace, with an excellent view of the woods, is also a great place to sit and enjoy a refreshing drink.
Boshotel Vlodrop lies in the middle of De Meinweg National Park, where you'll find many walking and cycling routes. The same goes for the beautiful Roerdal, a diverse landscape comprising woods, farms and meadows. The golf course of De Herkenbosche is only a few kilometres from the hotel. A trip to a German border town is also easy to achieve. Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach both lie within easy reach of Boshotel Vlodrop. And closer to the hotel you''ll find the friendly city of Roermond with its cosy centre and Designer Outlet Center.

“A good Hotel - minor niggles, but not seriously off-putting”
- The overal impression of the hotel was good. The surrounding area and location was fine. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was excellent as was the gym. Had time allowed I would also have made use of the bike hire facilty. As a party we only ate breakfast in the hotel, offering a choice I would expect from this class of Hotel.
- On entering room 108, my sons room, the decor was excellent, infact the one shown on the brochure front. However, I was disappointed when I entered, what was to be mine and my wifes room, room 110.1 light blown in the ceiling (entrance), and an altogether lack of style compared to 108. Also, as opposed to 108, it lacked a bed headboard. I consider the lack of a headboard to be worthy of a 2 star hotel not a 4 star. The beds were very soft, too soft in fact for 1 son who longed for his own (firmer) bed. The bathroom lighting over the mirror was very poor. Ask any of your femail staff to try applying make-up in there or your male staff to shave. Having said that I would recommend your hotel and I would stay again, but I would request a brochure room (I hope there is more than one).

- Reception staff was very helpful in providing things like extra bed, plugs, extra bedlinen etc.
- The service in the bar/restaurant was very, very slow and the order and the bill were all mixed up. Could be more attentive when serving families with children (when asking for f.i. ketchup when food already on the table the waiter went to fix drinks for a very large group of people first so it took 15 minutes to bring the ketchup).

- The level of English was great and the staff were very helpful. A huge variety of meals including some Dutch favourites. Breakfast was a great buffet too.
- It was lucky we had friends to pick us up from the train station because other than an expensive taxi, I am not sure how we would have got there.

- everything was very nice, a comfortable stay. good that you included this response form too.
- only 1 minus point, which was very annoying...in the evening i asked for some hot water for my flask and was told i would have to pay for it! i was so shocked at this. certainly i have never experienced this before, having stayed in many hotels around the world. from a customer service point of view, this is a very poor thing to do. it damages the otherwise great impression of the hotel, bringing down to the pointless annoyance of being to told \'you will be charged for the hot water\'
