A variety of seafood dishes graces the menu, which is particularly characteristic of Volendam. And of course, the menu also offers a good choice of meat and vegetarian specialities. Take a moment to luxuriate on the waterfront terrace during good weather. Café 't Fokkie is a traditional Dutch harbour café where you can relax at the bar or at a table. You can also relish scrumptious sushi at restaurant A-Fusion.
Hotel Marinapark is situated within walking distance of the centre of Volendam. This authentic Dutch fishing village has something for everyone. Volendam Museum displays traditional costumes, old fishermen's interiors and the extraordinary cigar band house. Those wishing to know more about the history of the former Zuiderzee can hop on a boat to Marken where you can visit the Marker Museum. Fancy a night out in Amsterdam? It's easily done! Night buses operate between Amsterdam and Volendam on Friday and Saturday nights.

- The swimming pool is closed on Wednesday afternoons (except during school holidays).
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Marinapark Volendam is closed from Monday 7 December to Friday 11 December 2020.
- The hotel's policy requires the main booker to be at least 21 years of age.

- Handy location - 10 minute walk into Volendam, bus stop nearby for venturing further afield.. Liked the roof terrace, swimming pool, supermarket. Liked the Dutchness of furnishings and fixtures. Would recommend the complex to others.
- Seats in room quite uncomfortable to sit on! Swimming pool hours could be better eg open at 8 or 9 am and perhaps have a short,early session for adults only, as impossible to swim when pool crowded with families. Including a small fridge in each hotel room would be excellent

- Beautiful close to marina and Volendam Amsterdam and cheese farms very good for children local snacks
- 1 thing only is the beds are to hard and to low.

- This Hotel is ultra clean & tidy. Staff is friendly and most speak very good english. I really liked the grocery store on the main level.
- The office closes a bit early... there is no "wifi" although you can give a deposit of 10 euro's for an internet cable. All in all I recommend this Hotel!

- Check out is 10am which is took us by surprise as it's normally midday from our experience but if you know beforehand it's not a big deal.

- Good breakfast,nice room,very personable staff.We will be coming back with the family.I could not believe my eyes when we walked round the corner and saw the marina it was beautifull.
- We did not appreciate the blocking of the small top window in the middle of our holiday,unlike others we loved the morning light flooding in and when we came back,after being out for the day, our room was left OPEN.We were going to leave but decided to live with it.It would have been a real upheaval with all our kit.We did notice that all the windows were blocked,it would have been better to leave a few for choice.also for people with special needs it would be better if we could have left later around 12 oclock.I hope management could take this onboard.
