- We were very pleased with the quality, standard and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were all helpful. The room was excellent as was the food. It was lovely sitting by the window during breakfast watching the barges go by on the canal.
- The hotel was a bit far from Groningen and we would have liked to be able to hire bikes.

- Very clean, modern and comfortable room and facilities. Outstanding bathroom with shower and large bathtub. Free parking is available on-site. This is a very relaxing hotel as compared to those inside the city centers. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing an overnight stay during \'road trips\' since you get maximum comfort and non of the problems with parking, etc. that you may experience with city hotels. The breakfast buffet is great and the dining room and facilities are very clean. The staff is responsive. Our room had a patio and most rooms appear to have either a patio of balcony.
- You will need transportation to the center of the city. This hotel is not walking distance to the city center or rail station. However, if you have a car, parking in the city is pretty easy. This is a small price to pay for the lower overall cost and convenience of this hotel.
