Hotel Kasteel Kerckebosch is situated on the edge of the Utrecht Hill Ridge. This splendid hotel is established in a castle built in 1904 and is surrounded by a rustic garden with a spacious terrace. The hotel was given a full renovation in 2015.

Kasteel Kerckebosch is located on the edge of the Utrecht Hill Ridge National Park. This lateral moraine from the last ice age has a diverse landscape comprising heathlands, woods and meadows. The Amerongse Berg, 69 metres above sea level, is the highest point of the Utrecht Hill Ridge. Slot Zeist is a mere 30-minute walk from the hotel. This splendid 17th century castle was designed by Jacobus Roman who was also responsible for the architecture of Het Loo Palace. The beautiful ornaments and painted ceilings have been largely preserved, and the castle is surrounded by a stunning Baroque-style garden. The historic city centre of Utrecht is only 11 kilometres from the hotel, and where you'll find the world-famous Dom Tower and the underground vaults along the Oudegracht. A trip to the Central or Spoorweg Museum is also certainly worthwhile.
