“A perfect stay”

the staff was very professional. On check in the lady at reception dealt with a room problem swiftly and we appreciated the upgrade of our room which she offered. Breakfast was excellent both in terms of choice on the buffet and helpfulness of the staff.
There was not a single negative poin on our stay this time. Well done

“Great Quality Hotel ”

The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped me with my odd needs. Bicycle parking was very secure in the lower floor garage. Late check out allowed me to sleep in the day time. Room very comfortable and a huge bed.
I had no minus points for this trip,

Been to this hotel a few times and always found the staff to be very kind and helpful.
The shower flooded the whole bathroom and made it extremely slippery. This should be checked as it could lead to fall and injury. A couple of extra coffee and creamer bags had to be requested at reception whilst they could easily be made availvable in the room on arrival...

“Nice personnel and goood hotel & breakfast”

- Nice and clean room. - Very nice and helpful personnel. - Parking in the garage.
I made a reservation for four night. At my arrival in the evening (from Schiphol) there was no room available (even though they knew about the reservation). Therefore I had go find an other hotel in the area. The nice lady at the reception found me a hotel nearby, but instead of the € 59,00 for this first night, I had to pay € 89,00 !! And no compensation what so ever. This wasn't nice!

“.....hier krijg je waar voor je geld.....”

Alles wat je verwachten kan in een goed hotel- goede kamers, zeer goede ventilatie (badkamer na douche en/of toiletbezoek)
Doet me denken aan het sprookje van H.C.Andersen: de nieuwe kleren van de keizer, waar een kind op een goede dag opmerkte: maar hij heeft niets aan.... Geldt ook voor de douchecel: ontdekte dat er geen gordijn is zodat na het douchen de wasbak en vloer goed nat waren..
