An elaborate Bilderberg breakfast buffet is served daily at the hotel, on Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 07:30 until 11:30. Guests can enjoy a drink or an extensive dinner in the unique Grand Café with its beautiful bar and informal atmosphere. On sunny days, food is served on the outdoor terrace. At Restaurant W, guests can enjoy culinary achievements in a modern setting. From an omelette to foie gras, from a tasty salad to deliciously marinated scallops: W offers it all!
Stroll from the hotel, past the canal and towards the secluded Park Eekhout, which shelters different artworks and an animal pasture. Cross the bridge into the old fortified city centre, which has several ramparts still intact. You'll pass the Potgieters Park, a popular green jewel in Zwolle. The city's medieval streets offer many lovely and luxurious little shops and brown cafes. The characteristic Peperbus tower is located on the Ossenmarkt. It dates back to 1454 and forms part of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption. The Dolfinarium and Walibi World theme parks are also great for all ages.

- Lovely hotel, historic atmosphere, close to centre of town Friendly staff Excellent breakfast buffet
- There were not really any, other than that I had to park across the street for one night, but the price for parking was reasonable.

- The service was excellent, very helpful, very responsive, very courteous and friendly. They work hard and deserve a lot of praise. The room was fine, clean. The location, near the train station yet within ten minutes of the old city, was excellent considering our needs.
- The restaurant was fine, but too expensive. Breakfast for a father and child was prohibitively expensive. The hotel needs a modest alternative, comparable to the prices found at other hotels that charge about the same for rooms. We went out for breakfast and dinner, due to the prices on the menu.

“Excellent location!! Will stay again!”
- Excellent location. Right next to the train station and very close to the centrum. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean, quite, and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.
- The only downfall was that we had to pay to park offsite. However the parking lot was right across the street and it cost 7.50 per 24 hours so it wasnt too terrible.

- Very close to the train station, just three buildings away. Friendly welcome from reception and great coffee in the lounge bar. All staff were very professional and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.
- Lunch was ok but the menu was a bit limited and expensive. I would stay again but probably eat somewhere else.

- Service and location outstanding. Accommodating for children. Breakfast was outstanding, although expensive. All inclusive arrangement was great value!
- Price booked through Hotels.nl was not honored due to child, however, good arrangement reached.
