Friendly service, location, price
Pore hygiene blood stains on the towel, mold and calcification in the shower, bad smell in bathroom, I was sleeping and someone walked into my room by accident.

Excellent service, staff was very friendly and accommodating (needed a pepsi after lounge was closed) Complimentry breakfast was very good: fresh pineapple & grapes, 4 dry cereals including granola to mix with yogurt, meats & cheeses for sandwich, hard boiled farm eggs, fresh orange juice, tea & coffee, fresh baked breads, & croissant
Milk carafes not marked, poured what I thought was milk on my cereal and almost choked! Wifi not free, have to pay through T-mobile:6€/hour billed in 15 minute increments, there is a workstation next to front desk to use, but is running IE 5 & does not recognize some current software formats like some PDF file symbols, specifically a barcode did not display for a confirmation printout

Despite arriving late (due to French ferry strike and traffic chaos around Antwerp), we received a friendly welcome ad room was well-prepared for our arrival.
A fire alarm at 07.45 (false) was not the best way to be woken after a long journey. To be honest, we thought the breakfast buffet was dull - overcooked boiled eggs, air-dried cheese and bread was not very fresh, with no opportunity to toast.

Basic price very good; dinner also very good; receptionists very welcoming; good location just off motorway with potentially good walking and cycling around; basic level of comfort good; it had a pleasant feel about it.
Breakfast price relatively high; most information only in Dutch - not helpful if trying to attract international guests; promised information about local walks and cycle routes was not very clear; state of woodwork around the windows in our room was rather worrying

The servants were very friendly and did a good job. The non smoking part of the restaurant was separated adequately from the smoking part.
