“Friendly service with a smile. ”
- Friendly and expedient staff. Excellent burgers and fries, and I mean one of the best in Holland. Easy to deal with and easy to get to. Will definitely come back.
- No hot sauce for the french fries or the burger. How can you not have a hot sauce like tabasco for your restaurant. Instead you had a small packet of semi hot and very salty condiment.

- Not a good location if you don\'t have your own transport. Quite noisy - had to keep the window shut because of road traffic and rail traffic. Fire doors in the corridors are also very noisy when shut.

- The hotel staff were very friendly with lovely smiles to greet you. Their spoken English was excellent with no communication troubles. Restaurant service was very good and the room service also. The staff were always courteous and polite.
- The hotel was not easy to find. Major roadworks were taking place very near to the hotel and this caused me to find another route around. The shower, whilst clean, was very small. I would often bang my elbows against the side wall while washing. The sachets of shower gel did not contain enough soap to clean the whole body. The car park can become crowded during the week, this caused me to park on the street. But it seemed fairly quiet so I didn\'t worry too much.
