Michel- Very good restaurant, and nice and comfy bar. The breakfast was so far one of the best I\'ve eaten in a Hotel. Fresh pastry, and the scrambled eggs didn not swim in water.
- Beds were way too soft. But from my experience I would say this is the same throughout the rest of the Netherlands. So it\'s not really a minus-point of the hotel, but rather for the Netherlands ;) Nevertheless, this was one of the reasons I rated comfort quite low. The other reason was the temperature. The time I was there was wuite warm outside, and the heat in the room did not dissipate. Even during the night with the window open. So for somebody like me who likes to sleep in a cool room, it was not very agreeable. The service in the restaurant was very good one day. To the point that I was shamed that I did not have any coins with me to leave as tip. The other day it was horrible. But that depends a lot on the person that is servicing you. Apart from that, the service in the hotel did not leave anything to complain.

Jim Mann- The friendly staff and very well equipped and comfortable room.
- The only downside was the restaurant which was ok but lacked finesse , appreciate its only a temporary set up and hopefully will improve.

Wilkinson- Great breakfast - good restaurant.
- Smoking on the terrace - would be good to eat there if no smoking.

Fewer- Our stay at your hotel was excellent. Delicious food (breakfast buffet and evening meal), friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, abundant parking, attractions to see in the area were on display in the lobby which was very helpful.
- The bathroom has no door for privacy! Should have a door!

Ginton- Very clean, comfortable, spacious. Good food Breakfast was very good - a lot of vegetables which is important for me.
- Bus station is 20 minutes walk Not much food for Vegetarian. Almost nothing for Vegan. It would be good to have main courses in dinner with option without dairy and eggs.

Rubbens- In fact the room was fine, although compared to some other VDVALK Hotels a little old fashioned. The restaurant and breakfast were very good. The Castle restaurant indeed was excellent. The lovely environment is indeed attractive.
- Disappointing however was that the bathroom was not very clean. The location is a little noisy. We also missed better indications for walking around the Terworm Castle.

JMcD- We've frequented this hotel for years and it has become our home away from home during our stay in Holland. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of very good food and and an excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient to all the main thoroughfares by car. It is not in walking distance to shopping centers.
- For an older hotel, the daily room rate is a bit on the high side. I would like to see discount offers for stays 3 days or longer.
