City Hotel Terneuzen is an excellent starting point for excursions in the area, such as a visit to the charming fortified towns of Hulst and Sluis. The island of Walcheren, where the beautiful cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg lie, is easily accessible through the 'Westerscheldetunnel'. The Flemish cities of Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges can also be reached easily.

The breakfast buffet is served on weekdays from 06:30 to 10:00 h. and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30 h. The hotel has an à la carte restaurant 'Bistro de la Ville'. You can choose from the diverse menu or opt for the daily changing 3-course menu. In the hotel bar you can enjoy a snack or drink everyday between 14:00 and midnight.

Lovers of culture can visit the beautiful cities of Antwerp, Bruges or Middelburg. For sports enthusiasts there is more than enough to do as well. some of the guests who i think were contractors were very noisy late at night

Room was badly laid out with a lamp almost on the pillow and very rude and abusive Germans who woke us up well after midnight.
